Shipping

Our default shipping provider is FedEx / TNT.

For smaller packages with low value we can use PostNL registered item shipping as an economy option.

Taxes

Prices displayed on our webpage are indicative and do not include VAT/MWST, customs duties, shipping or other applicable costs.

For EU business customers with EU VAT number, there are no further VAT or customs charges, as the transaction is Intra-Community supply of goods, VAT exempt under Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC.
According to applicable laws in destination countries:

  • BE: „Livraison intracommunautaire exonérée de TVA (article 39bis CTVA)”
  • DE: „Innergemeinschaftliche Lieferung, steuerfrei gemäß §4 Nr.1b i.V.m. §6a UStG”
  • ES: „Entrega intracomunitaria exenta de IVA según el artículo 25 de la Ley del IVA”
  • FR: „Livraison intracommunautaire exonérée de TVA conformément à l'article 262 ter I du CGI”
  • HU: Áfa tv. 89. § alapján adómentes közösségi termékértékesítés
  • IT: „Cessione intracomunitaria non imponibile ai sensi dell’art. 41, DL 331/93”
  • NL: „Intracommunautaire levering, vrijgesteld van BTW (artikel 9, lid 2, Wet OB)”

For EU private customers we always charge applicable VAT/MWST of destination country.

US customers please always contact us, as international terms can change.
